The Yurt
“Reservations”
- LNSA members can reserve day or night use of the yurt. Donations for reserved use are greatly appreciated and will go to deferring the purchase / upkeep / repair of the yurt. Donations can be placed in the box inside the yurt or mailed to LNSA,
- First-come, first-served basis.

- See Yurt Schedule calendar for availability. Usually an open date on the calendar indicates availability, but be aware that the date may have filled since the calendar was last updated.

"Yurty Things to Know"
Stove use
Firewood is provided and stacked on/under the deck. An axe and splitting maul are located inside.
Open sliding damper (bottom of front door) when lighting, slightly close front door until burning well, adjust damper.
Please make sure fire is out when leaving.
Make sure personal items are not too close when drying.
Fire extinguisher located inside yurt.
Thank you for resupplying split wood inside the yurt for the next user.
Toilet
New this year: a vault toilet is situated about 50 ft. from the yurt. Please use it.
Do not dispose of other garbage in the vault, you need to carry out your trash.
Cleaning
Thank you for helping to keep the yurt clean by picking up trash and sweeping the floor.
Thank you for not leaving your extra perishable food at the yurt.
Please, no dogs at the yurt or on the trails.
Thank you for carrying out all your trash, gear and trashed gear.
